A quote with a number that is not plain dollars and cents (such as 49 or 49.99) shows no cost until it is fixed. Years must be a whole number from 1 to 10.
The math runs in your browser. Only opening the draft sends the sentence below to FyneSite, and it never includes your quotes.

FyneSite builds a draft site from one sentence about you. Add your name and the town you sell in, and the sentence below is written from them. Change anything you like, then open the draft. No account needed to look. FyneSite is not an IDX portal; a listings widget from another provider can be embedded in a FyneSite site.
How each cost is worked out
- Up front. The setup or design fee, paid once.
- First year. The setup fee, plus 12 months of the plan and the IDX feed, plus one year of extras.
- Over the years you keep it. The setup fee once, plus the plan and the IDX feed for every month, plus the extras for every year. Prices are taken as they are quoted today; a quote that rises after the first year costs more than this.
- A month, on average. The total over those years divided by the number of months, to the nearest cent.
