How the price is worked out
- Rooms. Your base for the kitchen and living areas, plus bedrooms times your bedroom rate, plus bathrooms times your bathroom rate. A half bath counts as half a bathroom; a bathroom line that lands on 50 cents rounds up.
- Surcharge. Your deep or move-out percentage of the rooms total, rounded to whole dollars, with 50 cents rounding up. Enter 0 for a standard clean.
- Discount. Your recurring percentage of the rooms total plus the surcharge, rounded to whole dollars the same way. Enter 0 for a one-time visit.
- Price per visit. The rooms total plus the surcharge, minus the discount, so the lines always add up to the price.
