FyneSite builds a draft site from one sentence about you. Add your name and the town you sell in, and the sentence below is written from them, with the sale price above once you have entered your own. Change anything you like, then open the draft. No account needed to look.
How the take-home is worked out
- Your side's commission. The sale price times your side's commission rate.
- Brokerage share. Your side's commission times the part of the split you do not keep. With a cap, the brokerage takes no more than what is left on it; a cap of 0 means you have capped and keep the whole split. The cap left is counted in whole dollars, rounded down. Leave it blank if your plan has no cap.
- Fee per deal. Any flat transaction, desk or compliance fee your brokerage charges on each sale. Enter 0 if there is none.
- Take-home. Your side's commission, brokerage share and fee are each rounded to whole dollars; the take-home is the commission minus the other two. It is before income tax and any team or referral split.
