Flat rate plumbing price book

Set your billed rate, parts markup and trip charge once, and every job on the list gets its upfront price. The jobs, hours and parts costs below are starting assumptions: rename any job, put in your own hours and parts, then print the book or save it as a PDF.

Your numbers and your jobs

Each job is priced the way you would quote it at the door: labor, parts at cost, parts markup and the trip charge, each rounded to whole dollars and added up. Clear a job's name to leave it out of the book.

Ironclad Plumbing, a demo plumbing company website built on FyneSite
Ironclad Plumbing is a demo plumbing site built on FyneSite, not a real company. Yours starts from your own name, town and first priced job.

How each price is worked out

  1. Labor. The job's hours times the hourly rate you bill. Use a rate that already covers your wages, overhead and profit.
  2. Parts. What the job's parts and materials cost you, plus your parts markup on that cost.
  3. Trip charge. Added once to every job, as you set it. Enter 0 if you fold travel into the rate.
  4. Flat rate. Labor, parts cost, parts markup and the trip charge are each rounded to whole dollars, then added together. A job with a blank name is left out of the book.
